Infrastructure
Having executed more than 35 plants both batch as well Continuous Oil refining plant with capacity ranging from 25 TPD to 150 TPD. This clubbed with design and commissioning skill made SVM AGRO PROCESSOR to have an edge in the field to cater to needs of modern day industries.

Technology & Quality Management
We are guided by a set of stringent quality control policy. According to the policy, our products are tested on different parameters before they are supplied in the market. The company also takes utmost care to ensure that this policy is also followed in its other processes as well.

The Sharon’s process is a continuous, acid/ base-catalyst process esterification, as well as transesterification and separation technology. Continuously separating glycerin from a process drives an efficient forward reaction. This reduces catalyst requirements and increases conversion rates. Using our reactors in your biodiesel plant, you can process any feedstock, use methanol and use sodium or potassium hydroxide or methoxide. The process also requires minimal operator and can be fully automated with the use of closed loop PID control systems, including real-time product analysis. Our technology combined with advanced control systems can reduce biodiesel plant operation costs by up to 70%. Moreover, our Skid Mounted Plant with fully plug and run type are 120 times smaller than the conventional Batch plant for smaller capacities.
