Sharonex Biodiesel would like to introduce itself as a thriving enterprise in the business of biodiesel fuels. We are a prominent manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Biodiesel as Fuels and boot type plant for biodiesels. Our Alternative Biodiesel as Fuels are effective substitute of conventional form of fuels.
Sharonex Biodiesel was incepted in the year 2007 at Nagpur, Maharashtra. Mr. Ravi Kumar is the CEO of the company under whose business acumen the company has been breaking new ground of success. The followings are some the salient features of the company that set it apart in the international market:
Infrastructure
The company has invested a considerable amount of capital in the development of its state of the art infrastructure. It is well equipped with all kinds of modern and sophisticated machineries for the effective production of biodiesel fuels. Effective production and supply of biodiesel to cater the needs of the industry as far as the fuel is concerned. The company also plans to prepare a "BOOT (Build, Own, Operate and Transfer) type proposal for bulk users in which lot of cost is saved becuase of transportation and the end user will be benifitted by CDM facility.
Quality Management
We are guided by a set of stringent quality control policy. According to this our products are tested on different parameters before they are supplied in the market. The company also takes utmost care to ensure that this policy is also followed in its other processes as well.
Network
With our formidable business network, we have been able to attract a huge number of clients at the internationals arena. Our market is not only expanding in the national market but also in the markets of USA, UK, Asian countries.
Moreover, the company takes it as responsibility to encourage people to use biodiesel fuels especially when the non renewable source of energy is depleting. The use of biodiesel fuels reduces the risk of air pollution. Furthermore, the company is reckoned as one of the prime Biodiesel Fuels Exporters and Suppliers from India.

Biodiesel : Biodiesel is a renewable fuel substitute that can be made by chemically combining any natural oil or fat with an alcohol such as methanol or ethanol. Biodiesel can be made after transesterification from virgin or used vegetable oils (Both edible and non edible). Biodiesel is Biodegradable, nontoxic and essentially free of sulfur and aromatics. It is a renewable resource, based on Jatropha and other oil crops.
Biodiesel as a Fuel : It can be used in place of petroleum diesel fuel for vehicles or heating oil for buildings. Unlike petroleum diesel, biodiesel is a renewable resource, and it creates less pollution than petroleum diesel. It can be used alone or in combination with petroleum diesel, or with heating oil. Generally, no expensive modifications to the engines are required. This makes it easier to integrate biodiesel into current systems than other alternative energy sources, which often require new equipment.
75% cleaner than conventional diesel fuelReduces unburned hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and particulate matter in exhaust fumesContains no sulphurEmissions are nearly 50% less than conventional diesel fuelDoesn’t cause eye irritationMore biodegradable than sugar and less toxic than table saltFuel economy is the same as conventional diesel fuelMuch better lubricant than conventional diesel fuel and extends engine lifeHigh cetane rating, which improves engine performance1% biodiesel will increase lubricity by 65% Biodiesel can be produced from any fat or vegetable oil, including waste cooking oilHow is biodiesel made? Ans : Biodiesel fuel is made from oils or fats, which are both hydrocarbons. These hydrocarbons are filtered and then mixed with an alcohol, which is usually methanol, and a catalyst (sodium or potassium hydroxide). The major products of this reaction are the biodiesel fuel, which is an ester, and glycerol, which has commercial uses, such as in cosmetics.
Strength : Biodiesel fuel is a renewable energy source that can be made from TBO’s i.e. Tree Born Oil Seeds or from cooking oils recycled from restaurants. This means it is a renewable resource unlike petroleum-based diesel.
Biodiesel is less polluting than petroleum diesel. Compared to petroleum diesel, biodiesel produces less soot (particulate matter), carbon monoxide, unburned hydrocarbons and sulfur dioxide.
The absence of sulfur in 100% biodiesel should extend the life of catalytic converters.
Biodiesel fuel can also be used in combination with heating oil to heat residential and industrial buildings. This can reduce dependence on non-renewable and increasingly expensive heating oil.
Biodiesel fuel can generally be used in existing oil heating systems and diesel engines without modification, and it can be distributed through existing diesel fuel pumps. This is an advantage over other alternative fuels, which can be expensive to use initially due to high cost of equipment modifications or new purchases. Biodiesel provides almost the same energy per gallon as petroleum diesel.
The lubricating effects of the biodiesel will extend the lifetime of engines.
Also use of Bodiesel can fetch a lot of rewards in terms of carbon credits under “ KYOTO PROTOCOL “ upto 21 years .
An agency like Ernest & Young can do the necessary regaistration for this.
Theoratically 1 ltr of biodiesel can replace around 0.9 ltr of diesel and thus will help in emission reduction of around 2.4 kg CO2 eq.
A biodiesel plant with 30 Tonnes per day capacity will generate how many CERs per year?Ans : On preliminary basis 30 TPD plant will generate around 24000 CERs per anum. (with 350 days of continuous plant operation) and if replaced with diesel.
A biodiesel plant with 100 Tonnes per day capacity will generate how many CERs per year? Ans : On preliminary basis 100 TPD plant will generate around 80000 CERs per anum. (with 350 days of continuous plant operation), if replaced with diesel.
A biodiesel plant with 1 Tonnes per day capacity will generate how many CERs per year? Ans : As mentioned above, 1TPD plant will generate less than 1000 CERs per anum. (with 350 days of continuous plant operation),if replaced with diesel.
